Jennifer Aniston’s skincare regimen has stood the test of time. At 47 years old, she is every bit as beautiful (if not more so) than she was at 25 when Friends first began, thanks in large part to her Greek heritage, and a supporting part played by her natural, and minimally-invasive ethos toward skincare.

In an attempt to follow her tried and true methods, I have sifted through dozens of interviews in which Jenn spills her secrets on her skincare regimen and have reproduced it for you below so that we might all benefit from her wisdom.

Here’s The Definitive Guide To Jennifer Aniston’s Skincare Regimen:

It’s worth mentioning that in almost every article, Jennifer mentions her devotion to sleep and water. She makes sure to get adequate beauty rest each and every night, and drinks 92 ounces of Smartwater daily. She also sets herself up for success with an organic and mostly gluten-free diet. Though she’s known to indulge from time to time. Thus begins Jennifer Aniston’s skincare regimen:

Royal Jelly: Jennifer takes a spoonful of royal jelly every day, which she says contributes to her beautiful complexion. “It’s from beehives.” She told Women’s Health Magazine, “I got it in France, but you can get it anywhere. I noticed if you take a spoon of that a day, it helps.”

Cleans + Hydrate: Jenn begins each morning with Aveeno’s Absolutely Ageless Nourishing Cleanser followed by the line’s Intensive Renewal Serum and Daily Moisturizer. Though before her Aveeno days she used Neutrogena’s Facial Cleansing Bar.

Sunscreen: Jennifer Aniston wears Laura Mercier’s Tinted Moisturizer daily, though she has also mentioned using Aveeno’s SPF 50 when she needs more coverage.

Makeup: Jenn wears Dr. Hauschka Lip Balm and Chanel Finishing Powder consistently. The rest of her makeup routine changes article to article and has included Armani, Nars, Bare Minerals foundations, and Chanel blushes.

Treat: Jenn has been a die-hard of Mario Badescu’s drying lotion for years. It’s her go-to blemish fixer.

Body Lotion: Jenn has been using Aveeno’s Daily Moisturizing lotion for decades.

Infrared Sauna: Jenn uses an infrared sauna twice a week. “I really love an infrared sauna” Jenn told Forbes. “It just allows for such beautiful, glowing skin and cell rejuvenation and detoxification. It even helps with weight loss and relaxation.”

As Needed

One of the reasons I love Jenn’s skincare regimen is that, though she has admitted to her love of lasers, she sees no need for fillers or Botox. Which I admire. As much as I see no problem with either, like Jenn, I choose to still look my age. Just a classic, more refined version of myself. Here are some of Jenn’s favorite laser therapies:

Microcurrent Facials: “‘Why would you want to atrophy muscles anyway?’” she said in an InStyle interview. “‘If you don’t workout, eventually everything drops.’ To keep her skin taut and smooth, she swears by microcurrent facials. ‘It’s like a little workout for your face,’ she says.”

CACI Laser: “I love the CACI laser!” Jenn told Marie Claire UK “A couple of my girlfriends and makeup artist Gucci Westman turned me onto the CACI, and the LED red light therapy gadget. She has amazing skin. I think try anything and if it starts to work then it’s a great thing to have. We are really moving forward with technology to do with our skin and it’s fabulous.”

Clear + Brilliant Laser Treatments: “I recently discovered Clear + Brilliant,” Jennifer told Refinery29.  “A makeup artist told me about it, and it’s fabulous. It’s not a heavy laser, just a really light but effective laser treatment to even out skin tone, tighten up the pores, and give you a refresh.”

Thermage: “Aniston is also a big fan of Thermage (about $2,000), a non-invasive treatment that uses radiofrequency waves to stimulate collagen, smoothing and tightening skin after just one 45-minute session.” InStyle continues.

Ultherapy: Jenn has also been a fan of Ultherapy, a form of ultrasound technology that lifts, tightens, and tones.

Jenn has also mentioned that she drinks warm water with lemon first thing in the morning, works-out six days a week in her private gym (alternating between yoga, barre, spinning, and weight lifting), gets massages on the regular, and is a big fan of spray tans. She puts vaseline on her eyes when she’s sleeping and she has all of her clothing tailored, even T-shirts.

And that is the definitive guide to Jennifer Aniston’s skincare regimen.
